Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or a size exchange.

We will process the order shipped out in 1-3 days. Consumer have rights to apply a Return within 14 days. 

All digital (downloadable) products are not eligible for any refund or return due to the nature of the products.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at kindakidco@gmail.com with your order number, items you want to return, and reason for return. 

For 1+1 deals, if you wish to keep only one pair we will provide you with a 50% refund. If you wish a full refund you will need to return both pairs.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return address.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
